Q08How do payments work?
Spot and Growth are prepaid in full before a campaign starts, including overseas brands. Enterprise pays the first invoice upfront; later invoices can be post-paid by contract (large companies only). Creators are paid 100% by the agreed date once the brand confirms the post.
Q09Do brands message creators directly?
No. Terms, progress and approvals all go through the Tonakai platform. So that Tonakai can step in if anything goes wrong, we do not recommend, and as a rule do not allow, direct contact between brands and creators.
Q10How much does it cost?
A fee on deal value. Spot is one campaign over 2 months from US$10,000 spend; Growth (from US$10,000/month) adds data and hands-on support.
